Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats
Fill a bowl or a mason jar with....
- one layer of steel cut oats - I recommend Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats
- one layer of plain yogurt (about a half a cup) - I recommend Stonyfield Smooth & Creamy Organic Whole Milk Plain
- one layer of pumpkin puree (about a half a cup)
- top with a pinch of ground cinnamon
Cover and place in your fridge overnight. In the morning, you can eat immediately if you prefer your oats cold, or heat in the microwave for about a minute if you prefer your oats warm. Enjoy!
