#SummerCravings with Stonyfield and prAna

What do you crave this summer? A beautiful, sustainably-made dress that can be worn on all occasions? An organic whole milk Greek yogurt that can be dressed up with jam for a sweet treat, or used for dips and recipes when you want something a little more savory?

With Stonyfield and prAna, you can have all of the above and more!

Greek yogurt is one of my go-to summer ingredients. I use as a creamy, healthier substitute in salad dressings, as a base for summer fruit smoothies, and as an easy, on-the-go breakfast treat. For breakfast, I just mix in fresh berries or homemade granola and I'm good to go for the day.  

Here's my fave recipe for granola - the easiest ever!

Easy Homemade Granola Recipe

2 cups raw oats
½ cup raw nuts, chopped 
¼ cup raw seeds (sunflower or pumpkin seeds are great) 
½ cup unsweetened dried fruit, chopped (optional) 
2-3 tablespoons grade-b maple syrup or raw honey (or a combo of both)
2 tbsp virgin coconut oil or other healthy cooking oil 
½ tsp vanilla extract or almond extract 
1 large pinch fine sea salt

Preheat the oven to 300ยบ F. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix. Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes, until toasted.  

Serve sprinkled atop plain Stonyfield organic whole milk Greek yogurt.
