Crepe Erase First Impression

Disclosure: I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Crepe Erase. I received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for my participation.

I love Nora Ephron's collection of essays I Feel Bad About My Neck: And Other Thoughts on Being a Woman. If you haven't read this intimate, humorous take on the ups and downs of life as a (middle-aged!) woman, you're missing out.

One of the issues that Ephron touches upon is her neck. Yes, it sounds ridiculous to worry about neck skin, but since it's so thin and delicate and doesn't have fatty tissue, it's one of the first places wrinkles tend to show up. I'm starting to see creping on my neck, and it drives me nuts. The neck area is less oily than the skin on your face, and that dryness may give the skin a "crepey" look. It's an area that’s seriously overlooked when it comes to skincare despite being one of the first places to reveal signs of ageing.

So I was thrilled when Influence Central introduced me to a new product that targets this delicate area: Crepe Erase. While many treatments available focus on only the skin on our faces, neglecting the skin found on the rest of bodies that also show signs of aging, Crepe Erase targets skin on the neck, chest arms and legs and is proven to reveal firmer, younger-looking skin.

Crepe Erase is a 2-step system:   Step 1, an Exfoliating Body Polish body polish containing TruFirm™, to helps rejuvenate aging, dry, crepey-looking skin on the neck, chest, legs, and arms; and Step 2, , an ultra-rich Intensive Body Repair Treatment that promises to visibly smooth, firm and tighten the look of aging dry, crepey, skin.  The products themselves are sleekly packaged and I love the light, natural, fresh lemony scent. I like the fact that this is a two step system since it will be an easy addition to my beauty routine. While I am already using moisturizer on my neck, the product I'm using is not targeting my crepe concerns. I plan on using Crepe Erase both in the morning and at night: I will do my usual beauty routine: wash, tone then moisturize my face, but simply add in a couple more steps: wash, exfoliate my neck with Crepe Erase's Exfoliating Body Polish, moisturize my neck with Crepe Erase Intensive Body Repair Treatment, then moisturize my face with my facial moisturizer. It's going to be interesting to see if targeting my neck with Crepe Erase will have an effect. Tune in because I'm going to give this product a try over the next two weeks. I'll report back in two weeks and even include before and after photos.

  3. Crepe Erase is a rip off.. I learned this shortly after my purchase-left bumps all over my legs and arms. Phoned the company asking for a return label and never received it. I am stuck with a product which I can't use and would be fearful in giving it to anyone. Now I find another $ 79.00 + charge on my card. It is unfortunate we as Americans can not trust these companies. DON"T BUY this junk.

  4. I love the products but the company obviously is targeting people earning more than middle class wages $179.00 every 3 months is not in my budget these days. I love the face cream but you can't buy it separately you have to purchase the entire package which is disappointing. I saw an improvement for sure the texture on my face, chest and arms not so much my legs but would recommend the products if you can afford them. If anyone has found a product like this but more affordable please let me know.
