While I don't run marathons, every day of my life is like a marathon. From the moment I wake up to the moment the sun goes down, I'm on the go go go.

2 scoops Garden of Life Raw Fit Protein Powder (Chocolate)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 cups ice
1 tsp vanilla extract
