Review and a Recipe: RAW Fit #GardenofLife RAW Fit Frosty

While I don't run marathons, every day of my life is like a marathon. From the moment I wake up to the moment the sun goes down, I'm on the go go go.

Mornings are the most challenging part of my day. I have to get myself ready for work, pack three lunches, and get my two kids off to school. And then, when the Chicago weather permits, I hop on my bike and ride off to work - 4 miles each day! I need to start my day with a breakfast that will give my body the energy it needs for such busy mornings!

RAW Fit Frosty


2 scoops Garden of Life Raw Fit Protein Powder (Chocolate)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 banana
2 cups ice
1 tsp vanilla extract

Add all the ingredients to blender, and blend until smooth and frosty!
