Old El Paso Frozen Entrees - A Mexican Fiesta from Freezer to Table in Minutes #Spon #OldElPaso

Disclosure: The information and prize pack have been provided by Old El Paso® through Platefull Co-Op.
Here's a new take on the frozen dinner: Old El Paso Frozen Entrees promise delicious Mexican food that you can take from freezer to table in mere minutes.

We tried the Shredded Beef Burritos, the Chicken Enchiladas, the Steak Fajitas, and our favorite of all, the Chicken Quesadillas: With tender white meat chicken, onions, roasted bell and poblano peppers, and gooey cheese folded into a toasty flour tortilla, this made for a delicious and convenient lunch for my 13-year-old son: we heated it in the microwave and browned it a bit more on the skillet so it was extra toasty. None of these meals have that usual "frozen meal" taste, either.

The Steak Fajitas won my vote for fastest at-home Mexican meal ever: the seasoned steak and fresh roasted onions and bell peppers were tasty and hearty. We rolled it all up into a heated flour tortilla and added our favorite toppings and salsas. It was a Mexican fiesta-worthy meal - and we didn't have to leave home!
